Institute for Child Development - Playground Renovations

As of September 5, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to preform renovations to the playground at the Institute for Child Development building. Project scope includes removal of some existing equipment and an Ampitheater as well as installation of new pieces of equipment, a putting green, fencing, utilities required to support new site improvements and minor improvements to the existing equipment that will remain. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project.
