Restrooms

Construct a concrete block 3-sided addition to the north side of the existing restrooms. Connect to existing water and sewer lines. Supply and install ADA compliant toilet, sink, faucet and grab bars. Install 2 light fixtures, diaper changing station and mirror supplied by the customer, Cannon County. Concrete floor interior. Extend existing concrete sidewalk to facilitate proper entrance to the addition. Paint interior of block walls to match existing. Paint exterior of concrete block walls to match existing. Roof framing to be constructed in wood, similar to existing. Supply and install metal roofing to enclose the new restroom.
