Description

Total Project Budget: $30,000,000. Design firms experienced in renovations and upgrades of existing HVAC systems to submit qualifications for providing design and construction administration services for the installation of mechanical systems to provide air conditioning with associated controls for approximately 15,538 beds within 40 prison facilities located throughout North Carolina. Full design services are required and will include air conditioning & controls design, fire alarm integration, system commissioning, bidding services, construction administration services, and project closeout as defined by the NC State Construction Manual.
