Description

Direct all questions to Melanie Jackson, at Park City via email to melanie.jackson@parkcity.org by April 4th, 2022. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work pertinent to Park Avenue and Kearns Blvd.: 1) Removal of the existing sidewalk along roadways; 2) Bus stop site improvements at locations A & B along Park Ave; 3) Installation of new drive approaches along Park Avenue and Kearns Boulevard; and 4) Installation of a new retaining wall along Kearns Boulevard. The lowest bid shall be determined based on the base bid which includes the total cost of installation/construction. Bid Security of five percent (5%) is required to accompany each bid. PCMC reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, and/or make reductions in, or expand the scope of work, and waive any minor irregularities. In absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor - Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. It is anticipated that the City Council will consider the lowest responsive bid at the first meeting in April 2022.
