2021-2 Porter CCMG Project

Scope of the project includes asphalt milling, HMA resurface and full depth replacement, aggregate roadway shoulder, pavement markings, curb and gutter, adjust/replace drainage castings, subgrade treatment, topsoil and seeding, and ADA curb ramps. The project will be constructed in fifteen (15) separate contract divisions, defined as follows: 1. Spring View Drive from Beam Street to Lake Vista Drive 2. Spring View Court from Spring View Drive to end 3. Spring Wood Court from Spring View Drive to end 4. Lake Vista Drive from Spring View Drive to Spring View Drive 5. Lake Vista Court from Spring View Drive to end 6. Bayside Way from Marquette Drive to Pinecrest Drive 7. Pinecrest Drive from Bayside Way to Brookfield Drive 8. Brookfield Drive from Pinecrest Drive to Bayside Way 9. Marquardt Drive from Waverly Road to town limits 10. Washington Street from Sunset Avenue to Vine Street 11. Vine Street from Washington Street to end 12. Berg Street from Washington Street to end 13. Washington Street from Old Porter Road to end 14. Monroe Street from Mineral Springs Road to Vine Street 15. Vine Street from Monroe Street to end The award of any Contract may be made on the Base Bid of all Divisions only, Base Bid of any combination of Divisions, or any combination of the Base Bids of any individual Divisions and selected Alternate Bid

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
