Trades: Plumbing - Replace fixtures in two restrooms, mop sink, DF, eye wash. Electric - Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Install owner supplied RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Framing/Drywall - Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and header wall.
