Description

For "Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 3 of Collin County, Paving Facilities to serve Churchill Pod 3 Phase 1". Project scope includes approximately 17,721 square yards of 6" concrete pavement and 4,920 square feet of 5' concrete sidewalk. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
