| Description | Renovation of an educational facility in Waukegan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Please note the Work of this Project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made by the Park District, which is the same as that determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for public works projects in Lake County. The successful contractor will also provide a certificate of insurance naming the Waukegan Park District as the certificate holder and as additional insured. This meeting will be used to review the Specifications and give any Bidders the opportunity to discuss any concerns with the Owner and Architect. Attendance at this meeting of all persons desiring to bid on this Project is highly recommended. |
