Notice of Upcoming Invitation for bid Public Works Project Circle K 1461 Environmental Remediation Construction Services -Circle K 1461 Environmental Remediation Ecology is inviting qualified construction contractors to submit their bids for construction services. Services will be in accordance with the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) and will include the cleanup of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil and groundwater. The site is located at 2350 24th Avenue East, Seattle, WA. The remedial action will address petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater through a combination of in situ bioremediation through groundwater recirculation system and soil vapor extraction (Cleanup Site Identification Number 5089). The solicitation process will include an informational meeting or a site walkthrough that provides interested firms an opportunity to ask. questions.
