Description

As of May 4 2023 this project is out to bid for subcontractors. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. This will be a new inside construction of a new aquatic center with two pools in the City of Rice Lake to replace the current pool facility. It is anticipated that the facility would have two tanks with a combined water surface area of approximately 10,000 to 12,000 square feet. The facility is intended to serve a variety of needs and uses, included but not limited to: Recreational swimming Eight lanes of lap swimming Instructional programs Exercise & aerobic classes Competitive swimming and diving Event rentals Family & group gatherings Physical therapy
