East Jail Control Rooms Renovation

The scope of work for this project is for renovations of the control rooms on the east wing, floors 1-5, and west wing, floor 2 of the of the jail. The work includes demolition and discarding of existing flooring, cabinets, countertops, ceiling tiles, and lights. Contractor shall provide and install new plastic laminate cabinets and countertops, acoustical ceiling tiles, LED light fixtures, and new epoxy floor coating. The Contractor shall patch and paint all walls in the control rooms. The County will furnish a set of construction plans and specifications for this project. County policy requires the contractor to sign and submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 1). The Non- Disclosure Agreement must be signed by a person with legal authority to bind the bidder to the agreement.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
