For Police Station Perimeter Security Fence Replacement Award must be made to the vendor submitting the most advantageous offer considering the relative importance of price and other evaluation factors. A Payment and Performance Bond is being requested for this project. Sec. 2253.021.(1) & (2) of the Local Government Code states that all public works contract in excess of $50,000.00 require a Payment Bond and all public works contracts above $100,000.00 require a Performance Bond. Payment and Performance bonding will be for 100% of the total awarded contract.
