Description | Contractor initially will travel to Charleston, SC to meet with Charleston Air Force Base POC and to prepare the job site for delivery and installation. When the site preparation is complete, contractor will begin installing seats. Charleston Air Force Base will be notified within 48 hours of project completion, at which time a punch walk will be performed with an agent for Charleston Air Force Base and a punch list assembled. Final punch list must be presented to the Contractor within 48 hours after the punch walk. Failure to provide a final punch list within 48 hours may result in delay charges at the discretion of the Contractor. The Contractor will provide a 12 month installation warranty from the time the punch list is complete. Seats: Contractor will provide labor and materials to install seats. Labor costs will include specialty tools and contractor’s installers to unload the seat boxes and move them into the building, assemble the seat product, and dispose of all cardboard/seat trash in the General Contractor or Owner provided dumpsters. Seat installation includes labor to demo existing chairs. Price for chairs includes shipping to Charleston and sales tax. |
