RFP - Northville Forensic Lab - HVAC Upgrade

DTMB and in partnership with Michigan State Police is seeking professional proposals for the design and construction administration to update and replace as needed the buildings heating, cooling and ventilation system. Phase 100 Study was completed and will be emailed to interested parties from those who will be attending the preproposal meeting. Phase 200-700 is requested through this proposal. You can combine those phases in any way practical. In the RFP it is requested having a deliverable at 50% and 90% of each phase 200-500. Each proposer is to submit their own schedule. It is noted the time period between receiving the final review from DLARA and the Pre-Construction meeting is approximately 3 months Please do not submit online questions via VSS. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
