Bids are for furnishing all work and materials for proposed improvements include, but are not limited to site removals, stormwater improvements, bituminous walks and drives, concrete walks, concrete curb, retaining wall removal and replacement, earthwork, picnic shelter footings, handrails, perimeter fencing, electrical pedestrian light, planting bed preparation, and site restoration. Based on the project request for proposal by ISG, Inc. (ISG) dated May 18, 2021, provided by Mr. Mitch Workmon, PLA, we understand the City of Hastings is planning a site renovation project at Lake Isabel Park, located to the north of Lake Isabelle in Hastings, Minnesota. The site is on property identified as Dakota County Parcel ID 193215119010. Planned construction will include new concrete walks, bituminous walks, playground container and equipment, drainage improvements, existing retaining wall improvements, picnic shelter structure, pedestrian lighting, accessibility improvements, parking lot improvements, and informal boulder terracing near the boat ramp. We understand ISG will be performing engineering design for the City for this project. The above stated information represents our understanding of the proposed construction.
