The Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work for the construction of the following project: Oaks of Clear Creek Drainage Improvements Phase 2 Detention Pond CIP/Project ID No. DR2101A Bid #22-018 The project primarily consists of construction improvements to Bradshaw Ditch and existing detention pond. The scope of work also includes concrete pilot channels, storm sewer improvements and a limited paving construction.
