*As of March 3, 2022, a construction manager has been awarded. Consulting services for construction management and construction services to build two (2) single-family transitional homes in the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas. A Selection Committee will review the proposals based on the following criteria: 1. The construction experience and qualifications of the project manager and team in dealing with similar projects with federal funding, including CDBG & HOME programs and local government. 2. Experience of personnel assigned to the project team. 3. Assurance that the identified personnel will actually work on the project. 4. Approach of the construction management & construction to this project. 5. Ability to meet the proposed schedule. 6. Evaluation of references. The firm receiving the highest rating will have the sealed cost proposal opened and the Next Step Day Room officials will begin the negotiation of services and construction.
