Oakfuskee Conservation Center

Scope: Build-out of 9,900 SF of heated space on the upper level and 5,500 SF of covered porch. Build-out of approximately 3,000 SF on the lower level (the remaining portion of the lower level to have 4” concrete slab, exterior walls, exterior windows, and exterior doors; see drawings) including table storage, mechanical room, electrical room, and janitor (see drawings). Build-out of stairwell, elevator shaft, cab, and equipment room. Demolition of three (3) octagonal pavilions to the slab. Installation of approximately three hundred and fifty (350) parking spaces.
