Landfill Maintenance and Repair

Provide various special use machinery and heavy equipment with operators on an as-needed basis at the North Central Landfill (NCLF), Northeast Landfill (NELF), and Southeast Landfill (SELF). Bid must contain an original signature of an authorized representative in the space provided on the signature page. Bid must be typed or printed in ink. Erasable ink is not permitted. Corrections made by bidder to any bid entry must be initialed by the person who signs the bid. Geosynthetic material (geomembrane, geotextile) and Geopipe installation, repair and/or removal in active and inactive landfill areas or stormwater ditches/swales; unloading, moving and storing geosynthetics and geopipe in a location specified by the County Project Manager; moving geosynthetics and geopipe from County’s storage location at North Central Landfill to the Work area at any of the County’s three landfills; constructing anchor trenches; constructing ballast against wind and gas uplift as needed; installing above ground and buried drainage pipes and drainage structures; repairing previous geosynthetics and geopipe projects.
