Plans call to renovate the old mail sorting building located behind the Wayne post office in Wayne. The project has been scaled-back with a proposed second floor removed. As of October 15, 2020, it is currently unknown what approvals have been obtained. The board is not required to vote on the project since it is scheduled to go before the township zoning board in Late October 2020.
