Parks snd Open Space Residential House Inspection Services

Perform complete residential home inspections on twenty-six (26) residential rental homes managed by the County. The inspections are to be performed pursuant to the standards of practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) by a Certified Professional Inspector. The inspections should include, but are not limited to roof, exterior, basement, foundation, crawlspace, structure, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, insulation and ventilation, floors, windows, and the interior of the homes. A full home report of the inspection is required, complete with photos and objective observations after each home inspections is completed. The homes are located throughout Boulder County and will require an appointment for access. All appointments will be pre-approved through the county’s Rental House Property Manager. No radon, lead, asbestos, well, or septic testing is needed at this time. Upon completion of each project, Contractor will submit a full report for each home and an invoice for the work, to the County
