Description

Plans call for shoreline protection at the environmental research center at West & Rhode Rivers. Submit your proposal in accordance with the attached bid schedule. The Smithsonian reserves the right to request all estimates from subcontractors, suppliers and the prime contractor supported by back up documents showing man-hours, wage- rates, material quantities, and material unit costs. The proposal must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act.
