A timeline for construction has not been determined. *The previous closed solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Morrow invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in providing architectural services in connection with the Morrow Exhibition Space located at 1180 Southlake Circle, Morrow, GA. The City of Morrow is planning to renovate an approximately 50,000SF exhibit center and 15,000SF three to four subdivided front sections for individual retail lease space. The City is interested in obtaining the services of an architectural design firm to assist in the full architectural design of the spaces. The Project site address is 1180 Southlake Circle, Morrow, GA Zoned mixed-use Partial structural and M.E.P. inspection report is complete 50KSF Upstairs Exhibit Space 15KSF Downstairs three to four subdivided front sections for individual retail lease spaces.
