Description

Work shall be completed by “TBD”. 1) Work shall be per plan sheet provided by Shelby County 2) All work shall be done per City of Sidney’s sewer regulations; contractor must be registered sewer builder with the City of Sidney and obtain any permits and inspections as necessary from the City. 3) Contractor shall coordinate activities with the sheriff department, so as to minimize disturbance to their facility. In no case shall more than one drive be blocked at any given time. 4) Contractor shall saw cut and repair any pavement crossings. Repair shall consist of 1 ¼” Surface Asphalt, on top of 2” Intermediate Asphalt, on top of 8” compacted 304, on top of granular bedding and backfill. 5) All lawn areas shall be restored to original condition, including seeding and mulching. 6) Contractor shall follow minimum grade of slope as shown on the plans, and may have to vary depth accordingly to miss obstructions and other utilities; contractor is responsible for locating and coordinating utility crossings.
