Work consists of new sing story building, approximate 7,828 ft2. This building will generally be operated from 7:00am to 6:00pm. (Monday through Friday) with occasional after hours and weekends use. Electrical: Provide all materials and labor associated with complete operational electrical distribution system. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Electrical service: a) Provide a new underground electrical service; it shall consist of underground electrical raceways and concrete pad for Utility furnished transformer. b) Utility company shall provide medium voltage conductors and pad transformer. 2. Lighting systems: Interior and exterior lighting system shall consist of LED type, including PV powered luminaires/pole assemblies. 3. Lighting controls (switches, occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, etc.): provide as noted on plans specifications. It’s the intent for them to be wireless to automatically control the luminaires in their respective areas. 4. Commissioning: Provide for the lighting equipment and lighting controls as required per IECC 2015. 5. Power systems: Provide miscellaneous duplex receptacles, receptacles for computer terminals, duplex receptacles for flat screens connections, and power for H.V.A.C. and plumbing equipment. 6. CCTV, communications, multimedia systems: provide rough ins only (junction boxes and raceways). These systems are specified under a different section.
