Willow Creek Road Culvert Improvements

he project includes replacing the existing culverts under Willow Creek Road, the work includes: removal of existing bridge and culverts, construction of sanitary sewer and storm culverts, construction of concrete headwalls, temporary bypass road, bituminous roadway and concrete curb and gutter, temporary creek conveyance, and erosion control. The work includes the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following: REMOVE BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 700 SQ YD REMOVE BRIDGE 1 LS CLEARING AND GRUBBING 0.2 ACRES SELECT GRANULAR EMBANKMENT 480 CU YD STRUCTURAL CONCRETE 95 CU YD REINFORCMENT BARS 10000 LBS ORNAMENTAL METAL RAILING 80 LIN FT BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 100 TONS CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER 260 LIN FT CLASS 5 AGGREGATE 100 CY FLOATATION CURTAIN 100 LIN FT SILT FENCE 650 LIN FT Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A. The project involves but is not limited to the removal of the Willow Creek Road Bridge and reconstruction of roadway segment. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete bridge slab, and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Street excavation. 4. Sanitary sewer construction. 5.
