The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Shingle replacement for the Depot Museum pitched roof, New PVC roofing for the Depot Museum at existing modified bit room and membrane restoration for the existing EPDM flat roof. The Lodge will receive a shingle replacement, roof vent replacement, gutter, and downspout replacements.
