Renovation and Lease of Retired Utility Building on the Boardwalk Promenade for Use as a Food Concession

These items can be provided in the future renovation but will require the following scope: 1. If the interior walls are removed 2. sistering of the ceiling joists will be required. 3. If the wall openings are enlarged, new lintels will be required, and the opening sills can be cut and lowered. 4. The floor openings can be inilled with new reinforced concrete slabs that are supported from the edges of the existing openings. Project Locations: Beach Promenade, (Ocean and Park Place Avenue(s), under a Lease term not to exceed ten (10) years.
