Replace the following two HVAC units in the Rockingham County Nursing Home located on North Road in Brentwood, New Hampshire. 1. Kitchen MUA Logic Air M# GRT-4-I-7480-MAO-STM-DX-3W-MSD SN# 2001536-01 MAU-1, Hunt Air Inc, Oregon 2. Bakery Trane M# ycD075C3LABE SN# M42102533D General Scope 1. Include all demo, removal and rigging. 2. Install new units, making all necessaiy connections. 3. Bakery unit to include new steam coil (heating). 4. Kitchen Hood - reuse/replace louvers. 5. Units to include Honeywell DDC control connections. 6. Work to include all power wiring and steam piping. 7. Modify and add ductwork, registers and grills as required. 8. Include all electrical and control wiring of speed controllers. 9. Include all cutting and patching, ceiling removal and replacement. 10. Include system start up and testing.
