Audio Equipment for Visual and Performing Arts. All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Bid documents shall be submitted via e-mail to Donna Rowe, Director of Purchasing, at donna.rowe@cjuhsd.net. Requests must be submitted no later than Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM, PST. Any request made after such date shall not be responded to. The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and qualifications of items offered, to waive any informality in the bid and to not necessarily accept the lowest bid offered. The delivery date, specifications and quality of the items will be considered when making the selection. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Refer to the bid documents for additional information, terms, and conditions. The complete bid documents, terms and conditions are considered one complete component and cannot be altered in any way, except by a District issued amendment.
