Estimated cost is 10.6 Million to $14.6 Million The project includes the construction of a 2.5 Million Gallon Composite Elevated Storage Tank, tank site improvements and drainage, landscaping, irrigation, and an emergency generator. The project also includes 630 linear feet of 12" water line with valves and appurtenances, and 1060 linear feet of storm pipe, of various sizes. All work must be complete within 540 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 540 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
