Description

For the installation of sound control panels at Lillian Schumacher Elementary as described herein. It is the intent of the District to award a service contract to a single vendor. BONDING: A Payment Bond will be required from any vendor that submits a total bid proposal in excess of $50,000. The undersigned Bidder agrees to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract value prior to execution of the formal service contract, agreement or issuance of an official district purchase order. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work shall begin on or about June 1, 2023. Work must be substantially complete, excluding additional projects added to the original scope of work, by August 1, 2023.
