| Description | On August 22, 2022, City Council approved unit price contracts with the following companies for asphalt and concrete cleaning services for an initial term of one year: - Carolina Pressure Wash Co, - Schettini Floor Solutions LLC Charlotte Water, a department of the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, is now accepting Proposals for Asphalt & Concrete Cleaning Services. The requirements for submitting a Proposal are stated in the attached Request for Proposals (the "RFP"). Please review them carefully. RFP questions must be directed to Ryan Lingholm, Procurement Division, per the enclosed instructions in Section 2.2. The City is an equal opportunity purchaser. For purposes of this RFP, assume an initial term of one (1) year, with the City having an option to renew for four (4) additional consecutive one (1) year terms thereafter August 22, 2022 Contract Award by City Council.
