Construction of Bridgewater Privacy Wall

Privacy wall at the Bridgewater Substation, located at 5430 North Road 33, Lakeland, FL 33805, on the corner of Lakeland Hills Blvd (Hwy 33) and Huron Way. Qualified bidders are to provide without limitation, all engineering, drawings, color renderings, permits, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for the construction of said wall. The wall shall follow the location specified in the Landscape Plan, Sheet Number C-06, by Chastain Skillman, approximately 684 feet in length. The height shall be set at 8’, as measured from the base and the columns should be spaced approximately 20’ apart. The wall may gradually step up or down as needed, based on the local grade (see report). The wall shall be constructed of precast concrete, be hurricane rated relative to the wind zone for the given area, and the design shall compliment the neighborhood entrance. A Geotech report, landscape plan drawing, and neighborhood entry photo are included in this package.
