Description

For furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract #22-21 2022 Manhole Rehabilitation Project (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton ("Design Professional"). Any questions must be received by the Owner through e-mail no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on August 22, 2022 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders. Substantial Completion Date 90 days from date of Notice to Proceed Final Completion Date 120 days from the date of Notice to Proceed Lining of approximately 129 sanitary manhole (1289 vertical feet). Installation of 2 new manholes Abandonment of 3 manholes Rebuild of 37 manhole chimneys and 15 manhole benches. Description : Lining of approximately 129 sanitary manhole (1289 vertical feet). Project Funding Local Prevailing Wage Requirement State A digital ID along with a per bid fee of $35.00 or a $50.00 monthly subscription will be required for the Bidder to submit an electronic bid. This is a prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
