Geotechnical Engineering Services

1. Specific expertise in subsurface investigation, foundations, slope stability, excavation, settlement, bearing capacity, piles, retaining structures, and forensic analysis. 2. Geotechnical instrumentation and testing, 3. Planning / program development and review with involved agency(s), 4. Preliminary design, schematic design, and design development, 5. Preparation of Plans and Specifications, 6. Preparation of Bid Documents and Bid Assistance, 7. Construction-Phase Services such as on-site inspection, 8. Post construction phase and final project close-out services to assure compliance with all guarantees, 9. Miscellaneous technical support and assistance as necessary and, 10. Coordination of review and approval/permitting with involved agencies as required. All work is to be in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations including but not limited to the following: New York State DOT, DOH, DOL, and DEC; etc.,
