| Description | The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: provide garbage and recycling containers, service, assessments, fees, taxes and all else necessary to load, haul and dispose of garbage and provide for the recycling from Sibley State Park (Kandiyohi County) and Monson Lake State Park (Swift County).
