Jail Gym doors: Provide labor and material for services to saw cut wall conduit trench for card readers and lock hardware to be installed. This will include mobilization to site; includes loading all equipment into gang box and setting up a workspace within the jail hallway Each Door for the Below Listed Items at Each Door: Core Drill: Elect Plunge Cut Saw -One 1 1/4" diameter core hole through 8" thick concrete and door jamb; drill and pull core Hand Saw/Plunge Cut Saw: -One 8" x 6'10" section of raised face of block (3/8"); poly area, ribbon saw, chip, remove, and haul off of site -One 8" x 4" section of raised face of block (3/8"); ribbon saw, chip, remove, and haul off of site -One 1" x 1" trench on wall x 6'10" in center of newly chipped area; ribbon saw, chip, remove, and haul off of site -One 1" x 1" trench on wall x 8" in center of newly chipped area; ribbon saw, chip, remove, and haul off of site -One 2" x 4" pocket x 2" deep at junction of trenches; ribbon saw, chip, remove, and haul off
