Windows and Doors Replacements

As of April 6 the project was awarded to Elmer Glass Co, awarded amount not available. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic offers are submitted prior to the closing time. Electronic offers shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a bid in response to this IFB shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County. The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado by and through the Procurement Department will receive competitive sealed bids to provide windows and doors replacements for the Garfield County Road and Bridge Administration Building. Any questions about the terms and conditions of this IFB, or any addendum or attachment hereto, shall be submitted to the Procurement Department in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. The Garfield County Facilities Department is looking for a qualified vendor to provide materials, labor, transportation, equipment, investigation, and supervision necessary to replace windows and doors for the Road and Bridge Administration Building located at 0298 County Road 333A Rifle, CO 81650. This building will also undergo flooring replacements this year. Windows and doors contractor must coordinate installation with Project Representative as needed. The completion date for windows and doors replacements will be September 1, 2023, unless alternate completion date is agreed to by Project Representative.
