Exterior Door Replacement - Shenandoah Park Storage

Contractor to remove and replace a total of four (4) doors; one (1) interior wood door, one (1) interior metal door, one (1) exterior metal door and one (1) exterior double door at the Shenandoah Park located at 14601 SW 14 Street, Davie, FL 33314. A. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace one (1) existing interior metal door, one (1) existing interior wood door, one (1) existing exterior metal door and (1) double metal exterior door, including door jamb, panic hardware, automatic door closers, thresholds, and all existing accessories. Four doors altogether. B. The contractor shall provide all the material for the new doors. The doors shall be steel. The new doors jambs, door handles, automatic door closers, panic hardware, thresholds, and accessories and/or hardware shall be of the same size and configuration as the existing. The new doors are required to have pre-drilled holes for electronics shown on plan attached (Shenandoah IT Storage Room Modifications Door Plan). Any stucco, paint, and/or flooring damaged by the removal and installation of the doors shall be repaired, finished, and painted to match existing by the contractor.
