Description | This planned agreement is for the maintenance of all city owned: street, parking lot, pedestrian and traffic lighting fixtures. The respondent will present a proposal for the “base” contract term from March 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021; and agrees to re-assess the service agreement if the City options for additional lighting maintenance contract years (x3) beginning Jan. 1, 2022 – Dec. 31, 2024. The contractor providing lighting maintenance services will be required to perform work in strict accordance with the terms/conditions outlined in the request for proposals. |
