Work includes: This solicitation includes work to recondition the existing roadway and haul and place additional aggregate base course, grading D1 along the roadway. Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
