Lincoln Street Reconstruction Project

As of June 23, 2023 the project was awarded to Ranger Earthworks LLC, awarded amount is $628,315.85. The project generally includes replacing the water main and services on Lincoln Street from Ash Street to Park Avenue. The block between North Street and Boone Street will be a street reconstruction which will include the replacement of the storm, curb, and sidewalk. The streets will be resurfaced as the final part of this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
