Serving Line Renovation at Osbourn High School

This project consists of a renovation of the existing serving line area for Osbourn High School. The project involves demolition of existing quarry tile flooring; removal of existing ceiling tile and grid, light fixtures, mechanical components; removal and replacement of existing wall mounted fixtures and accessories; and removal and replacement of existing serving line equipment. New work includes new floor and wall tile, new ceiling tile, light fixtures, MEP equipment, and new serving line equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, facilities, and management services necessary to accomplish the project requirements. The intent of the project is to upgrade the kitchen serving line equipment, interior finishes, and MEP systems.
