Plaza Avenue Realignment

The Project includes approximately 740 feet of roadway reconstruction. The existing Plaza Avenue will be realigned and the intersection with Central Blvd will be reconstructed. The road reconstruction will include new concrete curb & gutter, aggregate base, 680 tons of HMA, new storm sewer, fire hydrant, concrete sidewalk, and driveways, pavement markings and restoration. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Hudsonville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
