Description | These freezers will house medical supplies and needed to store and maintain a temperature between 0 and -40 and should be delivered and installed by the vendor in the Department's RSS warehouse at 7463 New Ridge Road Hanover, MD 21076. Required quantity - three (3) "low freezer" units. Specification Freezer should be: o vertical standing o -15 C to -35 C temperature range, o Capacity of 25.2 Cubic Ft or 714 Litters o Electrical functions 115V 60Hz / 220-240V 50/60Hz Solid door, o 4 ventilated shelves sound level 52 Decibels with interior dimension 24.7 x 58.1 x 30 and exterior dimension 29 x 80.3 x 34.6 o lockable door and a space to external additional lock. The freezers' supplier shall insure the followings: o Freezers should contain a battery backup system in case of loss of power, a downloadable data log, sealed shelving, the ability to adjust temperature within range of 0 and -40 . Freezers should be showing temperature on unit itself for easy identification. o Freezer units should have ability to be locked and can have an additional lock added. Alarm for any failures of unit should sound in case of an emergency failure, accompanied with the ability to have remote monitoring and notifications in the event of a failure. o Freezer units should have the ability for user to access downloadable logs onto a USB drive, with storage capability on unit for at least 5 years. Units should have the ability to be tied into an external monitoring system. o Freezer units should come with a one-year parts, warranty and after-sales service. o The units will need to be connected to app via mobile, laptop etc. by vendor and monitored by vendor externally, any failures that occur with units shall be monitored by vendor who will be responsible for notifying purchaser via email and phone. o Technical support should be available 24/7 for any emergency needs or failures of units. o Training shall be provided by vendor on site for units. o Provide advance notification of all hardware and / or software upgrades in the form of a DVD or other means of communication which describes and demonstrates the features of the upgrades. o Ensure the installation, testing, and verification of functionality of all software and units. |
