Door Replacement Project at the Airport Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids. If your bid is equal to or between $50,000 and $100,000: A Bid Bond, or a Certified Check or a Cashier's Check substituting for a Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% of your bid is required; and If awarded the contract a Performance and Payment Bond for the total amount of your bid is required. If your bid is over $100,000: A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of your bid is required (submitting Certified Checks or Cashier's Checks substituting for a Bid Bond is not acceptable if your bid is over $100,000 and will result in the automatic rejection of your bid); and If awarded the contract a Performance and Payment Bond for the total amount of your bid is required.
