Description

The Work under this Contract consists of providing various materials as described herein to the Town of Eastham & Nantucket County through an Agreement with the County of Barnstable.All Work done under this Contract shall be in conformance with the 1988 Massachusetts Highway Department (MassDOT) Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges, the Supplemental Specifications, the 2005 Standard Special Provisions, the 2010 Construction Standard Details, and the 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, all as amended, and these Special Provisions. The General Conditions and Special Provisions shall take precedence over the General Requirements of the Standard Specifications.
