Description

This project will remove and replace the secondary hot water and chilled water pumps located in Central Plants #1 and #2. New VFDS, controls and piping specialties are including in the scope. The work shall be phased between the two plants to maintain control for the campus during this work. Project phasing (phase #1 & #2) is detailed in the drawings. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project.
