Hahns Meadow Park Timber Observation Deck Rebid

Clarification deadline 8/2/2022 12:00 PM The project consists of the furnishing and installation of a timber observation deck, access ramps, and all other associated work listed herein, and as indicated on the plans. There will be NO Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Lower Nazareth Township; or a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Nazareth Township, in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, promulgated by the U.S. Government (through SAM.gov), must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Lower Nazareth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
